DrEd makes it easy for patients to communicate with online doctors to manage their health and order prescriptions online. Please note that we are an online doctor service and not an online pharmacy.
We understand that your medical information is sensitive. That's why we've created an online patient record for you to communicate with our doctors. Following any orders you make on DrEd.com, our online doctors will send you medical and prescription related information to your online record. You can access it on your computer, tablet or mobile in the comfort of your own space. We take precautions that other online providers don't, in order to provide you with a convenient and discreet service.
Your information never leaves the DrEd servers, which are based in the UK. Our doctors are based in a private London office and only our clinical team can see your information. We couldn't put it more clearly - we put patient security and safety first. That's why we host our systems with industry leader Rackspace, also used by the NHS Direct, British Army and Vodafone.
You can order your prescription using your computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Prescriptions are sent out in discreet envelopes. If for any reason the doctor does not issue a prescription, you will receive a full refund within a few days.
Feedback, suggestions and complaints can be made by sending a message in your electronic patient record. Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and responded to in full within 5 days.
