100%. We keep our communication with you to a minimum. Most of our communication is done via email and we never mention any confidential information relating to your treatment in our emails.
When placing an order, you will be given the option to enter your GP details, so we can let them know about your treatment. This will help them continue to provide the best possible care for you and is therefore something we recommend doing. However, it's completely optional and we will never inform them without your consent.

Our standard delivery is free (Royal Mail Tracked 24). We aim to deliver the next working day, but it can take three days, and certain postcode areas will always receive a three-day service.
If you want to receive the package before 1pm the next working day, we charge a fee of £3.99.
Please be aware that you must order before 4pm for your order to be processed on that day, otherwise your order will be processed the following working day. This means that if you chose Next Day delivery on Tuesday after 4pm, your item would not arrive on Wednesday but Thursday. If you order before 4pm your order will be processed that day.
If you place an order before 4pm between Monday and Friday, we will process that order the same day. This means it will be dispatched on the same day using the delivery option you selected.
If you select our standard delivery option, we will attempt to deliver in 24 hours. Certain postcode areas will receive a three-day service.
If you select our next day option, we will deliver your medication before 1pm the next day. This service costs £3.99.
Yes. Your delivery has to be signed for. If you are not available the postman will leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery or to pick it up from your local depot. If you have any specific issues with delivery to your address, it is worth making us aware of the issue via your patient record.
When we send out medication we provide you with detailed instructions on how to take the medicine. If you have any questions before or after taking the medication, then you can contact the online doctor either via phone or via your patient record.
Our fast, convenient service is extremely straightforward
and you don't need to visit a doctor to use it.
You'll complete a short online health assessment and choose the medication you need. If you're unsure, our in-house GPs can also recommend the best treatment for you.
Our doctors will review your order, issue your prescription and pass it straight to a pharmacist to be dispensed.
Free First Class delivery is included and next day delivery starts at just £3.99. OR you can collect from any Royal Mail Local Collect® at your convenience.
We take precautions that other online providers don't,
so you’re given a convenient and discreet service.
