If you would like to discontinue visiting DrEd as a patient you can click on the suspend button in your electronic patient record. Your account will become inactive with immediate effect and you will not be able to access your electronic patient record. This action cannot be undone. You acknowledge and agree that DrEd is required by law to archive electronic patient records including your personal information, communication and treatments for a minimum of 10 years.
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
